Spiritual Hedonist Coach, me, Timea Styt – in a bit more detail.
In life experiences I am not lacking, I didn’t hold back, I don’t hold back on living the adventures that life offers.

Hedonist, I consider myself as one.

I like to eat – my grandpa was a pastry chef, my mum and grandmothers were great cooks.
I enjoy company – there were always many people around me, I grew up in a family where guests were almost a daily occurrence.
One of my favourite pastimes is talking – one of the best ways to connect, stay human, learn, get to know each other and the world.
I love to travel – it started with camping trips with my grandparents, then city visits and more roamings with my mom, then my work was to travel, and nowadays I do it both for work and for pure pleasure.
I like nice drinks – the first was a Campari orange juice in the form of a stolen sip from my mom’s glass. I still love it. And champagne, and a glass of whiskey or cognac too, especially with a nice cigar.
Sex is important to me – I’m lucky, I had a wonderful first experience, and over time I’ve experienced the diversity of sex and, through that, its liberating, self-expressive nature.

Yes, I think that joy and pleasure give life meaning, that we are here to experience as much of them as possible, to be happy as often and as much as possible.
I am convinced that in life, joy, happiness, love and affection are the lasting, real, true driving forces.

The visible manifestation of my spiritual being is me being able to read cards.
The less visible manifestation of it is that I have a strong intuition.

Coaching came to me many years ago, while at another big adventure of my life. It piqued my interest so much so, that I studied with two American coaching schools and since then I have attended many courses on various related topics too.

To me, being coached is like the coachee is discovering some wonderful new rooms in the house they’ve been living in for many years.

For me, it clarified and reorganized what I already knew, everything I learned was woven into it, and then I coloured it all with my experiences and that’s how I started working as a coach.

Both coaching and card reading I love, and find that individually or in combination, both are great tools for those looking for guidance, new solutions, and ready to take the next step in their journey of self-discovery.

As a coach, I am known for a direct and laser-sharp approach, while also using my intuition and spiritual guidance.

My niche is relationships and sex, and of course this also means life, communication and self-knowledge.

Dedicated to make people understand the values of authentic self-expression and open, honest communication.

I stand for people to master and embrace their genuine selves, including their sexuality, so that they can unapologetically be who they might be and engage in and enjoy all aspects of life, including relationships, love, sex and work too.

I just love seeing people happy, content and enjoying life to the fullest as their authentic self.
With each person reaching and living in this state, I believe the world is becoming a better place.

Spiritual hedonist coach – me, Timea Styt – in a bit more detail … well, if it was in chronological order by realization, then hedonist would come first because from an early age on I enjoyed many amazing things in life and as I grew older I kept, keep adding more and more to my list. Like:
food – had a pastry chef grandfather and a mum and two grandmothers who cooked pretty well
company – always had a lots of people around, was brought up in a household where guests were daily routine
travelling – started with camping holidays with my grandparents, then some city visits and road trips with my mum and at a point it was my job to do so and by now is a primary necessity of mine
drinks – my first was a Campari with orange juice … a taste from my mum’s glass, I still love it and also champagne or a nice whiskey or cognac with a good cigar
sex – was lucky to have an amazing first time experience and with time I discovered its versatility and through that it’s liberating, self-expressing nature
driving – brought another sense of freedom
conversation – one of the best ways to learn, share, connect, to stay human
… and the list goes on and with that, I keep understanding more and more too, that in life joy, happiness and love are the lasting, real driving forces.
